i am preparing my papers now to apply ( late i know but i am doing my best).
the problem is i got a letter from the WES saying that they will send me their report on Jan 12th 2015 !!!!!!! which will be too late although they received my package on Dec.5th
So can i send the application without the WES report and with a letter saying that will send it back after receiving it and attaching the WES email that proves that? or in that case my application will be incomplete and will be returned?!

No, you can't. It will be rejected without consideration during completeness check.
WES _usually_ gets the the ECA completed faster than they advertise, so you still stand a chance as long as the app is received until Jan. 1.

Yes, but it's very rare. CAS failures are not on the other hand, so keep refreshing it. And best of luck.

Thx Diplomatru........What does SAP stand for?? Do you mean the emails are sent anytime (both within & outside CIO office hours)?
 
In our application, there are three individual - principal applicant, spouse and 4 yr old kid. What shall be the RFPR fees for us?

It isn't clear to me if the RFPR fee is per application or per individual?
