Due to many relevant documents and their translations that were required, the size of my application reached to “154-pages” (one hundred fifty four pages), and these many pages can not be accomodated in the size of envelope that is specified in the CIC FSW Guide 7000.

As per CIC Instruction Guide7000 Size of envelope should be: - 23 cm x 30.5 cm
Size of Envelope in which I have sent application: - 28 cm x 39 cm

I think that there should not be any problem with that?

Please provide your feedback.

Envelope size is not a cause for concern at all.

Hey guys !!

A small update from my side. Recd my UCI today from the CIC call centre. No idea if I should take this as positive or negative. Still waiting for DD encashment confirmation from ICICI Bank and obviously PER. .

Sorry for not being on the forum for the last 10 days (since Dec 01st). Seems like ages. My sincere apologies. Caught up in a lot of office work regarding briefing team about next year customer strategies, account plans, training completions for the team, setting timelines and milestones for the team and yearly appraisal and feedback process completion for the year gone. To add to this, I will be on a mandatory leave from 20th Dec to 5th Jan and hence all work needs to be completed before that.

Will try to chip in, once in a while, Anyways will be available on the forum 20th Dec onwards for sure.

CENTURY, congrats on your PPR dude !! When's the party ? ;D ;D

My application was received at CIC Sydney, NovaScotia as on December 08, 2014. When will CIC contact me? How much time they'll take?

You have to wait for at least 2 to 3 months, and see if your CC or DD is charged by CIO. this will be the first sign of processing.
