JUST TO UPDATE ABOUT MY STATUS...ITS BEEN 116 DAYS SINCE PER MAIL AND 84 SINCE THE SECOND LINE UPDATE..I CANNOT CONCENTRATE ON ANYTHING AND FEEL BAD ABOUT WAITING FOR SO LONG WHEN IM 100% SURE MY APPLICATION IS FOOL PROOF...STILL GOD HAS HIS OWN TIMING..

Med done in hospital 30 nov.
medical report sent 4 dec by hospital.
same day I have sent my medical acknowledgement to ndvo which is also received.

My wife is pregnant and expecting in mar-2015. I have received PER in November-2014. Should I submit CSE to London Visa Office regarding my situation now, and if yes what should I ask?

Or

Should I wait for LVO to ask for additional documents including MR?

I think that NDVO has not started issuing MR to the NOC starting with '0'... There is no other way other than to wait.. Wait.. Wait...

Does criminal and background check happens before MR or after MR?

I thought it's already taken before MR.

Hi Bro,
Until you get a PPR we cannot take for granted that Background checks are completed. They have every right to take any checks at any point of time even after MR also.

Your analysis is seriously flawed. You cannot use subset (only rejection) to represent global pictures. I calculated the overall pictures in below:

Current Status Number of Applicant
Reject after Charge 7
PER 184
Interview 8
File Transferred 128
Medical 150
Visas 268
Total 745

So overall reject after charge = number of rejection after charge/Number of application charged = 7/745 = 0.94%

So, there is only less than one percent chance of rejection after charging.

And remember, Century don't show any cheap emotion.

i was expecting ndvo to start july medicals by 15th of this month. by looking at the snail speed, I don't see they are going to issue a request before feb.
i wish if they could process a little faster!!!!
