NOC 4011 , 19th August Application Date, CC charge 19th Nov. PER wait is killing me. I tried to reach to CIC call center as some members did to grab UCI # but no luck. I think so far they must have made decision but this anxiety is killing. ???

I have applied under 2173 NOC and got my file returned due to cap filling. If I arrange JOB offer there in Canada, Shall I apply under 2173 category again with valid job offer.

Kindly explain me whether I am eligible to apply or I need to wait for EE2015 now.

You can apply under FSW with job offer for 2173 but your application must reach CIC by 31/12/14

Today I got an email stating that my application was transferred to Bucharest VO instead of Amman, they asked for FBI report for me and my wife and gave me 60 days to submit the documents, I already emailed my fingerprints to the FBI it supposed to reach today so I will not be able to submit FBI report within the time the VO gave me, what should I do? Any suggestions? I also applied for the state police certificate before 10 days. Do you think they might accept state PCC?
Note: we stayed in the US for 2 days less than 6 months, should I mention that when I contact my VO?

With job offer and LMIA there is no cap. You would get in on both FSW or EE. If I had one, I would apply for both.

Thanks Buddy.. What are the docs needed other than Passport...

If you passport is less than one year old and the address on the passport is same as the one you are staying in then you need passport xerox and address proof which can be adhar card or voter id or electricity bill, gas bill ration card etc.

If your address on passport is different then you need the agreement for the same.
