it matches 2 NOC- 1225 not in 50 list (thats not a concern)
but other noc is 0113 which is in 50 list
but its for management people, i have designation of engineer

can i apply under this one if tag does not match.

Hello fellow forummates,

My application was received by CIC on 25 August 2014, It is 100 days since. Payment mode DD. My bank (HSBC) says they cannot know if the DD was encashed. When Can I expect any news from CIC?

CIC is giving Good news for application of 13/14th August so maybe need to wait for 10days or so... keep track of SS for who is getting PER...

Finally the golden message has arrived. Money has been deducted from by Credit Card just now.. Spreadsheet updated.

Some information in respect of my application is as follows:

1. Didn't have birth certificate for myself or my wife. Provided 10th mark sheet and affidavit from myself and parents.
2. Application received date: 24 September 2014
3. NOC - 1111
4. Money deducted on - 3 December 2014. 8:43 pm India Time.

just now i got reply(AFTER 51 DAYS) from cic that my file is transferred to NDVO. but there is no UCI no. (i didn't get per email till now).
how will i get my UCI no?
i am june 04 applicant.

I m waiting for passport request form NDVO but also need to go abroad next month... should i let NDVO know about this? or should i come back after finishing my work of one month and then send my passport to NDVO whenevr they ask for?

you are right bro, it is not working, i am trying from last 2 hours, it not working after details submission for me.

I tried accessing about an hour ago and it worked...though it was slow in the start..

2) should I immediately send or wait for file transfer to london visa office. Per receiving date is 28th nov.
3)I m filing via consultant. I guess I have to ask them to send cse right ?

C!C, sorry to correct you but MR is done for all, they will send a separate MR form for his 1 month old (yes there would be no xray, urine or blood sample) but yes, doc will check the weight, size, head cir, and movements and response time from baby.

Thats what happens in all the cases, i just got my sons MR done, see timelines (mine was born in end of sept 14.)

Also in the document check list it says that i need to include 2 selfaddressed mailing labels ( one is in English and the other one is my language) . I did not understand what kind of label is this. can anyone pls clarify.

Mailing address is OK. Just fill it with your NOC category & code.
Type your address in english and in your native language on white A4 paper, put them with your application

Hello all, Is it officially clear that FSW 2014 will end by Dec 31st 2014 and starting from Jan 1st 2015 all applicants must apply through the Express Entry system?

In worst case,if VO finds out the details have being misintreprated, a Letter of Notice of Procedural Fairness will be issued. This is when VO finds out that you have written no and infact, you have being rejected in USA twice..

Best thing is fill a new form and send to them before they find out. My friends student visa got rejected because his usa student visa was once rejected and letter was issued from CIC for the procedural fairness. He was given one chance to proove cic wrong. Instead he wrote that he overlooked the form while filling.

CIC gave a 2 year ban from entering Canada

What if one has been rejected US visa like 2 or 3 times but bcos one could not recall d prior date and only decleared d current rejection date, will dat still be an issues of misrepresentation? Will a cover letter be needed to explain that one can not recall d previous rejection dates?

I had same situation too...I call CIC call centre (+16139444000) and got UCI no....U can do the same....

I also just got the UCI # today 1.5 hours ago through same number....you have to be diplomatic ...or else they will refuse straightaway...go and do it....good luck...
