I dont think it matters which campus (M'bai or Canada) you attend for your classes/exams. You did not mention if your MBA degree is awarded by Indian University or Toronto University ?

It is a Canadian degree from York University Canada certified nothing Indian in it just campus of SP Jain was used.

Hi All,

I need help on CC details provided in Fee payment form. Can I give CC details of a friend who holds a Canadian Credit Card or should the CC be owned by me?

In generic form,
Q. 7 a,b,c without doing anything it turned grey. What shoul i write their?

I plan to apply for FSW in Aug under category Purchase Manager OR Mechanical Engineer.
Will this be too late..? Latest by what time i should apply to CIC..?

I also want to know which agency is best for ECA..? WES mentions on their web that they take only 10 working days for ECA report and they also accept attested mark sheets in sealed cover from applicant.

However, i read a lot of complaints about WES.. Can anybody tell me if he/she had a good experience.. Specially Engineering degree from NIT/RECs in India.

Hows work of University of Toronto for ECA..?

Thanks in advance..

Hi Guys

I am trying to prepare the English translation of my birth certificate. I went to the notary, he simply gave me a stamp paper and asked me to print the translation and he would notarize it.
Now I have translated the BC as such but while I searched on the internet for formats in which the translation is prepared, I found 2 different ones. The first one has a declaration from the translator at the end and it is then notarized. The second one just has notarization and says "This is a true and correct Translation of the original document from Hindi to English and compared with original document by me."
So which format should we use?
Also who could be a translator, do we need a certified translator or could anyone with the knowledge of both the languages can be one. In the latter case do we need to attach any credentials for the translator that would prove his ability to translate. If yes, what documents could be those.

There is no professional translation services available in my area.
I might be jumping the gun but really do not know how to go about getting the translation prepared which would be accepted by CIC.
Looking for quick inputs, seniors help please.

Thanks

You must be able to find translator in your area, probably near Court .Usually they have membership number from Translation Society.
they need not to mention that number in affidavit.
But in case you are not able to find any professional translator , then you can use first option where Translator is taking oath (in Translation copy) and put someone's name(Not Yours or your family member) as a translator who can take responsibility of translation and notarized it, signed by both of you in front of Notary public.
i don't think CIC will be going after that translator, as long as translation is correct.
this is best you can do under your present circumstance.

Yes you can.
Dont forget you need to print his name on the section of name of the cardholder.
You also need to find a way to make your friend sign the form...actively or passively.
Cheers!

Well hard to say mate, when cap will be filled, based on last year experience for 300 cap, it was filled in Aug for Mech engineer.
I got my evaluation done by ECA. there was no problem at all.
as long as your documents are complete, regardless of college, there should not be any problem.

Thanks dear for your prompt response. Which agency you used for ECA..?

Further, do you know any good consultant in India..? I need only consulting and not the documents review or file preparation service.

Thanks again..
