LANGUAGE ability dominates the EE game if applicants do not have Canadian experience, a job offer, or nomination (which is the most cases).

Try to resit IELTS and get 8/7/7/7 (I am now 7/9/7/8.5=CLB 6/12/9/11).

this is correct you need to submit a PCC if you stayed in any country for 6 or more months including US or canada.

What is really stuning in the coming EE system is the huge difference of points allocated to the applicants who have a language proficiency level CLB 7 (6 in each part of IELTS) compared to those with a level equaling to CLB 10 (8 in each bands of IELTS)! the difference will be 17*4= 68 points, so the new system, considering all other things being equal, will automatically disqualify those appplicants with total band scores of 6 or 6.5 in IELTS!

Yes, exactly. There will a fierce competition between applicants. What really matters in the current system is only to get 67 points regradless of your ranking among the other applicants, whereas in the new system, more weight will be given to applicants with higher points, so language proficiency will be a pivotal factor in giving priority for one applicant over the others.

hi friends, happy to say that i recieve my medical request with request for rprf payment today, june 24 applicant cpc ottawa visa office, also they asked me to submit my last 6 months bank statement . i have a doubt here that is it possible to show it in my spouse account who is with me in canada, initially i had shown it in my account and in emergency i took some money from that account so is it a problem if i change the bank statement account from the previous one. waiting for your replies
