Is CIC site down?

I keep getting an error message whenever i try to create a new express entry profile.the last one got expired.

Is there a way around this?

sometimes it says i already have an application in progress or cant those with fsw 2014 pending application create a new EE profile.

someone please help out as my birthday is fast approaching and that with reduce my crs score.

STILL same error

can i create a new GCkey account.i think the error is due to the pending fsw 2014 because whenever i use the come to canada personal code,it says i already have an application in progress.

keep saying the below.i have tried with different browsers.
