This is the standard content of the mail for PPR, so cant be the reason for the delay, just exercise patience,since they already have your passport in no time they will issue your pick up

Just as I registered on the forum, the thread goes cold.
Is it that AVO has included a confidentiality clause on visa process or no one is being issued visas on this thread??
Please let someone share some news let's celebrate jare!!

@Ogaolopa, visas are been issued, about 4 people got pick up letter yesterday.
There is nothing like restriction, just chill our time coming soon.

Background of Mycic account has changed to ''IN PROGRESS"
Just got an update from my representative today, AVO is working.

@ogaolopa this is the most detailed and informative forum ooooo especially for Nigerians oooo. I mean FUBU (Thanks to Pipi's HB). I got my Pickup mail yesterday after sending a mail to AVO 6:20am on the 8th yesterday.

@Aroms please send a mail to ACCRAIMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca stating that you want to verify if your PPs are ready for pickup. I did that from my office and got response by 3:15pm same day. You also need to report that you have a technical issue accessing your online account to check your status. My surname DON-CORLEONE has a hyphen in between my Grandfathers name and my Father name, so it’s a compound surname i.e.(DON-CORLEONE). When I try to check my status online with "DON-CORLEONE" it returns an error message, but when I remove the hyphen and use "DON CORLEONE" as my surname my details pops up. So a technical issue amongst others may be the reason why you can’t access your account online. When my status changed to "Decision made" the error in my surname was corrected and now I can check my online status with DON-CORLEONE (Hyphen now added)

@TENMEN, Congratulations!!! It has ended in praise.
Thanks for the advice, I have sent AVO a mail and CSE on Monday concerning my pick up mail already, probably that why background status changed to "IN PROGRESS" from the mail response I got from my rep.
The mycic account is accessible only by my representative.

I don't know any travel agents but you can aswell run your itinerary through airlines website it will give you an idea of what to expect
