Quick one please.

I was employed by a parastatal for my one year paid post-qualification internship (Ministry of Defence) with headquarters in Abuja, but was posted to one of the Military Hospitals in Lagos for e program. Now, I'm wondering who should be issuing the reference letter. Ministry of defence or Military Hospital?

Note: it is almost impossible to get this letter from Ministry of defence.

Brother, usually when LOR is requested their could be specific requset in time e.g may be say for the last 5 years or they simply request you to bring letter from your last employer, so in your own case I will advise you get from your last employer and state in your covering letter that due to the sensitive nature of the operations at the military of defence they dont issue LOR to employees of your cadre.
this is just from my own point of view and am so sure that more experienced members of the house could shed clearer light.

Hi, since you worked directly with the Military Hospital it's appropriate to obtain the reference letter from them as they can speak to your duties and responsibilities in details. Just ensure the duties are captured in a way that aligns with the responsibilities for your occupation on the NOC list. Cheers.

Happy Easter Forum Family. My family and I landed in Calgary, Alberta on thursday evening. The landing process was smooth and didn't take more than about 20 minutes. There were no questions about POF. Only about if we were carrying above 10,000 dollars. The only hiccup was having to wait a little for our luggage which in addition to our flight leaving almost an hour late led to missing our connecting flight. The airline however booked us for another flight that evening. Albertans seem quite friendly, a number of people in the airport were quick to offer help and direction even without our asking. I must say that it has been the nicest reception i have received while in the west. We have been doing a lot of sleeping and adjusting to the weather and time zone. The weather was -12 degrees celsius when we arrived at fort mcmurray on thursday night.

Praise God! the dream is now a reality. Looking forward to all our landing updates.

Hi Popsicle,
Welcome to Alberta! Why did you decide on Fort Mcmurray and not Calgary?
The job market is tough here and we are deciding on relocation to Onatrio by next month..

Yea...we are not planning on settling here but my sister has lived here for about 6 years.
We just plan to spend a little time with her before moving.
