The mail says it all, nothing more required from you, just to exercise patience. It's the same response received by other applicants in same position as you. Since you have crossed medicals stage, then they probably have you scheduled for background/security and criminality checks. It might even be ongoing right now. If you request a GCMS note to see what is going on with your file, it might take up to a month to receive it. By then you may have received PPR, cheers.

codedguy31, do not worry. That response means all is well and you will soon be given your PPR. When I sent AVO a mail with my RPRF in February, I got an acknowledgement that ended with the same words.
