I need clarification on the below mail from AVO:

Updated family information: you must advise us of any change in your marital status or family composition. All family members must be listed on your IMM8 application form. Failure to comply may result in a delay in the issuance of your visa.

Do I need to send the form when there has been no changes in my marital status or family configuration?

Congratulations, just fill the form again with exactly the same info if your situation has not changed. All the best.

I am pleased to announce i got my PPR notification around 3.03pm this afternoon. Please see my timeline below

I am a little confused by the below statement

"Updated family information: you must advise us of any change in your marital status or family composition. All family members must be listed on your IMM8 application form. Failure to comply may result in a delay in the issuance of your visa."

I found 3 IMM8 forms in the list of forms i filled previously. Do I ignore this as my family has not changed since I submitted the form. Or do I fill them all and send to Accra.

Hi fresh boy, no issues about omitting your spouse's visa refusal, it's a very common mistake and we made the same. We sent the corrected forms when we were sending MR documents, together with a cover letter explaining that it was an innocent error. So no issue, just be sure to include cover letter with well-written explanation.

I am so Happy to hear all this good news.
Please my Seniors both back in Naija and Landed, I urgently need your help here. I am a December 2014 applicant, I got my PER in march 2015. I was just going through my submited forms (Background Declaration form/Schedule A Form), I discovered that I did not add the details for the Visa Rejection for my spouse sometime in 2012.
-Can I raise a CSE to that effect now by filling a new Schedule A form or wait till after i get MR
-Between January 2015-to Date i have changed job 3 times now, do I notify Accra now ie raising a CSE or I should wait till MR
I will welcome and appreciate your guide here
