good morning house... please i need to clarify something.. im a bit new here.. got my visa last yr july.. will be leaving next month, my husband is the principal applicant, but the thing now is my nigerian passport will expire in may.. can i still travel with that or i need to do another passport?
if i do another passport will my visa still be valid?
pls urgent reply.. im a bit confused.. thank you all..

Hello People.... Here is a Newbie but oldbie silently observing from my balcony. While on my observing routine today, i got the COA mail and i quickly rushed back to check what that means and what happens next from people that had similar experience in the forum. I was still checking when the PPR mail alert dropped. TO GOD BE THE GLORY.

Timeline......
Application date.... 20/10/2014
PER....... 12/01/2015
MR..... 27/07/2015
MD..... 05/08/2015
COA...... Today
PPR.... Today

AVO requests
1)Updated POF (I have had that in fixed deposit since August last year) so am gonna send them all the investment certificates.
2)Additional Family information (I sent them that before dunno why they are asking again). I will resend.
3) Passport Photograph of all family members.(To be taken over the weekend)
4) RPRF (Just Paid)
5) Then international Passport of all family members.... This is where i have a concern... Wifey's PP will expire in March so as the Spirit led, we decided to process a new one earlier which she will be picking up tomorrow. Do i have to contact AVO tomorrow with the details of the passport or i should just send both the old and new one to them considering that they request that we send our passports within 15days????? Pls Elders assist.

Your international passport has to be valid for 6month b4 u can travel, please go ahead an renew your passport, the visa will still be valid.

I don get alert GODWIN ..Hello people, the RPRF & RFP landed today, the mail for COA session came in yesterday (24-02-2016). May the different alert good news go round in Jesus name.

I would like to ask for an advice -the mail requested for the passports to be submitted within 15 days -is it 15 working days or it's exclusive of weekend. I am currently in Cameroon on official assignment to return tomorrow night and am supposed to be travelling to the UK on Friday March 4th to return Friday 11th. Is it possible to write AVO to extend the submission period though the mail says the visa will be forfeited if the passport is not received within the 15 days?

The mail also asked to fill a newly completed form IMM5406 -Additional family information duly signed by myself and my husband (am the principal applicant). Should it be for each of us? My husband omitted his sister in the first form IMM5406 when the application, is it okay to include it on this one with an explanation of the omission?

First of All congrats for the notice you have received after the long wait. I would advise you try and make up with the submission now that it is fresh and important. Do not let anything disturb your long term effort. However, if the trips are unavoidable, try as much as you can to convince the AVO on what is happening so that you can get a good landing at it.

This is the LORD's doing; it is marvellous in our eyes. PPR mail dropped today normally, abnormally and semi abnormally @ 11:19am.
Pray for everyone waiting for one update or other to be blessed with testimonies sooner than expected.

just go and collect another passport.
The visa on the old one will still be valid.
Just make sure the two passports are joined together always....

Na wa o, AVO is just giving out PPR recklessly.............at this rate, they will give to those who didnt apply sef (after settling those who applied).
