Ø Updated police clearance certificate from Nigeria for you and your spouse
Ø Updated Schedule A form (IMM5669) for you and your spouse. NOTE: YOU MUST provide ALL employment and addresses SINCE THE AGE OF 18 regardless of date of birth (that is from 03/2000 to date for you and from 12/2001 to date for your spouse), for Section 8 and 12 of the form. Please do not leave gaps in time. Failure to do so will result in delays.

Ø Updated Additional Famil y Information form for you and your spouse.

Ø UPDATED BANK STATEMENTS AND PROOFS OF FUNDS. If your bank statements indicate large deposits, you must provide evidence of the provenance of these funds.

Ø Pay the Right of Permanent Residence Fee for you and your spouse and provide official receipt

We did our medicals in July, timeline is on the left.

We raised case and gcms about a week ago.

Finally received much awaited MR, RPRF and Updated Information request yesterday on 2nd November.

Strange thing that my case shifted to and fro between DRD and MCH.
Medical forms will be sent within 2 to 3 days otherwise I need to contact them again.
