My Good people in this Forum,
While I was busy stressing myself in the office with meetings and deadlines, I decided to destress by reading from fellow forumites which I normally do at the end of each working day. On a second thought I switched to checking my mail and delete irrelevant mails. Yours truly I almost deleted my MR without even checking. GOD IS FOREVER GOOD. RK finally released my MR after requesting for photos, pof and salary statement which I sent on the 20th of August. Special thanks to Samuel eled who took his time to put me through especially concerning my POF.

Admin please help me update
Application Received: 11th November 2014
PER: 3rd February 2015
Additional documents Request from RK: 10th August 2015
Documents Submitted:20th August 2015
Documents received in Accra: 24th August 2015
MR: 9th September 2015

Congratulations !

Yes, they did medicals but remember each pregnancy(twin birth or single birth and also stage of pregnancy) is different and also is d hospital different and also is the strength of the xray different. and also is the desperation level of the person wanting to immigrate to canada different.
best is to confirm with your doctor before the x-ray

Best to call in, and also talk to the radiologist at the clinic where the test is to be done.

Please don't let us give him the wrong advice what the agent advised is wrong even if he sends a CSE to Accra they will never ask for the spouse IELTS and WES Evalution .What they will ask for are her PCC ,copy of the marriage certificate also he has to pay her 550 Canadian dollars processing fee and he has to make sure his POF is enough for the 2 of them .He can ask other members who added their spouses after their medicals to get what they sent.
Well not the wrong advice but his using an agent and so should trust the agent advice or discuss your issues with the agent. also note that IELT and WES evaluation will still be useful when you move to canada. i dont have the experience of adding spouse but from august 2014 i know that some changes were made in CIC as regards to adding spouse and dependants.
this issues have been argued before so it is up to you.

EE is not the same as FSW 2014.

i sincerly doubt if his agent is a CIC registered agent for him to be giving him that kind of advice. He has already gotten his PER so he does not need it most especially if he is FSW applicant .For him to be sure of the documents you need raise a CSE TO accra.

engrted there are significant disparities between EE and FSW, the points attained by spouse's IELTS in EE is to boost CRS points which qualifies one for ITA. In this particular situation the PA has already satisfied all requirements to qualify him for FSW (presently at the MR stage), the dependent(spouse) is just an add-on and is not really significant to add any points, thus be required to give all that.

The major things from my opinion, will be for the PA to show sufficient POF (covering his spouse) + spouse (PCC, Schedule A (History from 18 years) and medicals examination) and any other requirements deemed necessary by AVO.

However since he has assigned a consultant to run the process for him, so that there is no breach, he can go ahead with his agent's request, but i strongly know all that IELTS and WES story are not necessary.

Good morning Seniors,

Thanks for all your openness and willingness to assist all with one concerns or the other. I Pray it will end in praise for everyone of us Amen.

I have been in a bit of dilemma here, kindly help clear my doubts, I received MR on July 30th and did my medicals August 6. over a month ago now, but on ecas no TLU has been received or mail to confirm they received my MR. I called Qlife they confirmed it has been sent to them. im just wondering if this is normal or if I need to contact AVO, as I didn't receive any confirmation mail from them for receipt. I just thought they will contact me for PPR but after waiting over a period of 1month I'm beginning to worry a bit about this.

Your candid advice will be highly appreciated.

Thanking you in anticipation for your valued response. Godbless

Bro/sis, you must be a new member of COPA: Coalition of PPR Aspirants. You and I are exactly in the same situation. No TLU since Meds done, and no other communication aside COA orientation program invite.Check my timeline and keep calm. You r not alone. Our time is coming. You can also drop your timeline on the thread.

A pregnant woman is not ideally to do chest xray unless it is deemed extremely necessary and the risk to the child would have to be well weighed and explained to the mother.
