Congratulations. But, do you now have the MR with the necessary form to be taken to the clinic in your email? Otherwise you may want to send a mail to Accra.

Hi FX,
LVO is not so slow as you think. Infact, they treat numerous applications from Nigeria Citizens based in the UK.
In my own opinion, I think they are faster than AVO.
Back to your post..
Your timeline suggests you filed your application in September 2010. Is this correct?
Are you changing because you don't intend to go back to the UK or because LVO is just generally slow?
Have you done your Medicals yet? If you have, where was is done?

I would suggest you raise a CSE on this to LVO/AVO explaining you are no longer in London and state your current location.
Your application might be delayed a while because of this though.

I would like to change because I feel returning to Nigeria will delay my application process for LVO.
I have informed LVO already when I moved back to Nigeria but didn't know I needed to inform AVO as well.

Do you advise I still inform AVO while my file is in LVO?

That was the email addy used to send me my MR and when I replied to inform them of the sent documents after my medicals, I got a response the following day. Though seemed like an auto-response.
