both of them na, at the embassy for a study permit, i and my sister.

It was a wise choice. U know they collect blood sample n I am sure they run fasting blood sugar to determine the level of sugar in your blood for analysis. If u had eaten, random blood sugar wud hv been done rather. Lab technoloogists prefer fasting blood sugar test for this sugar test. However, its advisable to hv some chewables to nimble on after blood collection.

Pls note that I didnt say u must fast before going for MR. Its a personal decision.

Our own clinic actually advised that we should eat b4 coming. I asked about fasting blood sugar and they categorically said they DO NOT do it as part of the test.

Congratulations. Pls go for your medicals and inform avo when u receive PPR or after your wedding, which ever comes first. However, make sure you prepare for pof update because of additional spouse.

Hmmm, dt wud be interesting, I asked some senior forumites n they adviced not to eat because of fbs to determine level of sugar. Anyway, like I said, its a personal decision. I chose the little fasting path n augmented with food a lil later. Personal choice though, like I said.

Hmm, I noticed I particularly felt dizzy after the blood collection. The blood guy nearly butchered my hands, saying I had tiny veins for a guy. He later got blood from d other arm sha. Too much queue, everybody wan run comot for naija.

Hahahhahahahaha, butchered keh? Pele dear. But you Survived the ordeal, abi? Hope ure not like my hubby dt develops 'anxiety syndrome' at the sight of needles ;D. Dont worry, I am sure u wil forget everything once ur ecas is updated by next week.

Awhhhh, tears of joy follow after loads of expectation. But dont cry too much ooo, . I think you need to inform them of your intending wedding to see what they wud tell u. But in reality, intended wedding n concluded wedding re two different things.
Would not want u to miss out on your 30 day deadline, dts d bottomline.
