Congrat and what is your timeline?
If you are based in Lagos you can use Qlife, but you have to book an appointment or arrive at the clininc very early in the morning

Hi, no one can say specifically how AVO processes all applications (except you know any one that works there directly). Since you have done the medicals, your PPR will come this week by the grace of God. I don't see any issue but what I see is your PPR coming. Just be ready to receive your PPR very soon. That is all I can say. I would be glad to hear your good news.
