i am a dec 2014 applicant and i need to update cic of a job experience i omitted while applying, do i need to fill fresh forms (background/declaration and economic class)? or do i use cse.

also do i forward the reference letter of the job experience?

Bros, at CIC level your proof of funds is not really verified, they're only checking to see that you submitted all documents in the checklist and not all documents are verified at that point. It's the Visa Office that verifies your Funds and if you've been following this thread you'll notice the items they ask for do not cover all areas you touched.

Someone from 2013 FSW submitted only Pension Funds Statement (RSA) to CIC and got PER, but AVO asked for proof of funds even when the sum in the RSA was way larger than required amount.

Lastly, please do you have a web link to the Pencom Act where it talks about complete withdrawal on Relocation? See under for a link to what I read ... I couldn't find a part where Relocation was mentioned. I'm highly interested in packing my pension funds o!!

Toronto_Raptor: Guy I checked with my PFA(IBTC), because just like you I will need to pack all my funds when immigrating. So they said one can only get 100% of funds if you can present following:
1. A letter from your employer here in Nigeria stating that you are relocating to another country in this case "Canada".
2. Citizenship of that country as a proof that you belong there.

I really need 110% of all my funds oooo.

We did medicals on 13 April 2015. Exactly 1 month today.
