I'm tempted to ask how sure you are that your DD has been encashed......only then can the house be reasonably assured that you're on queue for the receipt of PER.
If truly you're sure it has been encashed ,your PER will come soonest and you may be able to check your details on ECAS either before or shortly after PER email as ECAS server gets updated weekly mostly on Tuesdays.
Surely,as many applicants of your timelines are been updated on ECAS,yours will soon come up too.
Like i said,assurance of the encashment of your DD needs to be ascertained.

i am assured as it wasconfiremed by the bank with proper date that is 21 nov. i am worried coz my application received date is 15 aug and now its 5 months

FILE ASSIGNED TO AGENT AT CIO FOR INITIAL REVIEW.
REVIEW GETS COMPLETED AND PER ISSUED (FIRST AOR), INDICATES PASSAGE OF FIRST STAGE OF PROCESS.
FILE TRANSFERRED TO CONCERNED VISA OFFICE (FILE TRANSFER DATE MARKED IN THE CAPS/GCMS.
FILE REACHES VISA OFFICE.
INFORMATION ENTERED IN THE SYSTEM AT VO.
FILE ASSIGNED TO OFFICER(JUNIOR LEVEL) FOR INITIAL REVIEW, NAMELY CHECKING OF SUPPORTING DOCS VIZ-A-VIZ INFORMATION IN THE APPLICATION(IMM FORMS) , FILE PUT IN QUEUE HAVING MARKED NEXT DATE FOR FURTHER CHECKING (NORMALLY BG).

APPLICANT UNDERGOES MEDICAL AND SENDS DOCS AS PER MR INSTRUCTIONS.
ECAS GETS ANOTHER LINE ADDED, MEDICAL RESULTS HAVE BEEN RECEIVED.
SECURITY CHECK STARTS.
ECAS TURNS TO DECISION MADE AFTER COMPLETION OF SECURITY CHECK.
FINALLY APPLICANT GETS HIS/HER VISA PAPERS WITH PPT STAMPED AND PROCESS GETS COMPLETED.

Place a call to CIC in Canada with the number below and make your complaint ......you will get an immediate solution even though you need to be super patient as you may spend almost 20 or 30mins on Fone with them.Call them anytime for 12noon Nigerian time (8am in Canada ).

Just Called the CIC number and the Lady is still saying it is not in their jurisdiction to give out UCI numbers. She said she will send me the email of the people to contact.

The basic stages are - Application submission - DD/Credit card charge - Positive Eligibility Review (PER) mail- Medical request (and at times Proof of Funds update request)-Passport Request-passport Stamping-
