Just a note to everyone waiting for MR... If you have lived outside the country, start processing your PCC early enough.

I hear FBI takes 8 weeks at least, South African PCC took about 6weeks for us.

May our aspirations not be cut short IJN.

Ps. Please what is the validity of the PCCs? Ive heard between 3 - 12 months? Can anyone clarify?

I lived in Saudi Arabia for 11 months, getting a police certificate there is extremely difficult. First I need a request from cic, and second they only give umrah visa in other words my movements are restricted. Really this have been an headache to me.
Anybody with an idea.

I have only naija PCC left pending although i submitted thd photocopy of d naija PCC i did from UK in 2013 cos the Original was not handy. However, i am getting a current one since i am back in naija now in September 2014 since i left in 2012.

I did submitted the original of UK PCC with my application to avoid processing it offshore.

I will start naija own in January.

Pls how long does it take for AVO send MR et al after PER?

You could try to find a consultant. we eventually had to use one when we couldnt process a re-issue by ourselves (we had done one originally last year).

I dont really have any ides with Gulf countries

Naija PCC takes maximum of one day (u fit do wait and get sef).

So no need to worry.

I haven't been quite regular on this Naija forum but more on the global forum.

So happy to announce that it's a joyous day.
It's my 3rd daughter's 10th birthday today and MY CC GOT CHARGED FEW HOURS AGO.

Application Date: Oct 2nd
NOC 2132
CC Charged: Dec 23rd @ 1425hrs GMT

1st application of May 8th rejected due to employment reference not containing job responsibilities. Prepare job responsibilities to include up to 70% of NOC core duties. Got HR to include in new letter and resent.

Looking forward to PER soon.
