Please i need your help, I applied for this 2014 FSW and my application status is still in process but i just got married this month and wondering what i should do because my wife also applied for the 2014 FSW and her application is show the same as in process

I will really need your help, do i need to inform our VO now or wait till they contact us and ask for any change to our circumstances.

Since both of us have application in the same VO, am just thinking what forms we should complete to inform the VO about our marriage and if they can also access our application separately (but with my wife new name since name on her passport will be change ) instead of her or me being the dependant

Please your response will be really appreciated

Congratulations to you both! You can send a case specific enquiry to AVO, updating them that you are now married and request instructions on how to add your spouse to your application. Your bride can do same from her end and it's possible AVO may merge your application. Anyway, they will definitely respond on the way forward. Wish you a blissful wedded life

Is this the same thing that happens when one does a CSE?

Assuming you have not been contacted by AVO after you receive PER and you do a CSE I guess it is submitted as an email too to the entire group of immigration/review officers??

You got it right. Then the officer responsible for the file responds to the CSE

Hi, the CIO does the general review and completeness check on the application after which they collect the application fee if satisfied. The VO does the detailed review and background check which includes employment details review, criminality check and POF verification. The check varies from applicant to applicant. Some people get a cursory review, some get detailed review, it's random.

I have a friend who wants to apply under NOC 3112 everything is ready save for ECA I think. His school keeps claiming not to have received it for the past 5 months or so. Its been sent twice. His school is Medilag. What's the way forward please?

I also finished from Medilag. ECFMG would send documents to the school after every 60 days if they haven't gotten any response. your friend would have to put some pressure on the guys at the office concerned - make some friends there maybe. It is highly unlikely that they haven't received any of the mails. Otherwise, there is really nothing he can do.

Yes. We did ours at the Consultants Practice and physical examination was done for both my wife and I.

Dear All, please kindly shed more light on this baffling issue... I submitted my application through a family lawyer that didn't collect a dime but during the course of my application review by him, he asked me to send a well detailed job description which I did by scanning the ref letter to him...
My fear is this, a scanned copy of my ref letter was submitted along with my application instead of original copy. Will this have any implication on my application?
