Good day forum members.
Pls i have a few questions that i would be glad if anyone can provide good responses to
I have done my meds on 6th august and will do registry soonest in view of including my spouse in my application
Apart from scanning and uploading the marriage certificate, what other documents do i need to scan and upload on CSE to AVO?

Could you pls list all required documents i must send when i raise this CSE as i hear different opinions on d forum eg wedding pics, police certificate, dating pics, etc?

Is it compulsory i pay the 550 CAD application processing fee for my spouse when i raise the CSE now OR at the request of AVO after receiving the CSE from me?

What IMM forms also do i need to fill for her to upload to CSE OR i should await the response of AVO first after raising the CSE with my marriage certificate and wedding pics?

Lastly whats the average time limit between when medicals are received by CIC and when passport request will be sent to me? Its important i know this so i can work harder to beat the time before PPR arrives.

I would be glad if you can provide responses to each of the aboved questions.

djdy, your case is a very simple one. If the registry date is near like say, 15th August, 2015, then you can chill till 16th August before raising a CSE to notify them of the changes.
If the date is however still far, you can still raise a CSE to notify them of the date and your intention to add your spouse. You will sure get a response on the documents to add which are not limited to but includes; IMM008 form, schedule A form, PCC, wife DOB cert., marriage cert, wife passport's data page, family update form, white background passports, e.t.c.
if you intend to make change of name after the registry, you can go ahead and as you like, you can make a new international passport to carry the changed name if and only if she is not against it

Based on the current trend of AVO you will likely get your visa before October
As for your son passport why not leave it the way it is as you can only do it in Abuja. I have the same situation I used only my last name and first name on my international passport and my birth certificate had all three name, what I did was to do an affidavit that I'm the same person and newspaper publication and it is fine with CIC and AVO. To avoid unnecessary delay in your application go and do affidavit for your son. If you want a sample of the affidavit you can send me a pm and your email I will forward it to you.

I want to express my profound gratitude to u @technolee. I actually had to change my registry date today and i was given thursday aug 13. I hope to raise a CSE by saturday when i get some copies of the wedding pics along with the marriage certificate that will be issued on registry day. She already just got a new passport a few months ago and i was thinking of doing the change of name when we get to Canada so as not to go through the wahala of doing a name change in papers and getting another new passport again.
I will wait AVO response on what documents i should send to them once i raise a CSE as you have advised me.
If anything arises or i want to ask for more questions i wont hesitate to ask.

As I was disturbing myself about my ecas second line not being updated with "Medicals received", I called the attendance (Oluremi) at Qlife to enquire if something went wrong with our(me n moi wifey) Medical tests, but she didn't pick up at three attempts. That made me to be further disturbed.
I had to leave site work (Engineer Iguana!!!) to take some refreshment at the canteen and on getting back, RA has fired/shot me request for submission of our PASSPORTS......................
Na me happy pass for work today.
Make una no rely solely on the ecas of a thing.
Lemme go check if it has changed self! The thing never change but they made mention of something I told them at the clinic in the mail sent and that confirms it was actually received.
It will surely end in praise.
