Yes ooo. My application was received on May 2nd, PER received on June 5th and MR, RPRF request and an updated Schedule A form request on November 5th. It is so unbelievable.

Please i want to suggest that the lighter shade of colour green should be used in the spreadsheet. The deep green makes it blurr, affects eyes and making it not easily readable.

Please for your medicals go and do it at Q-life
because my friend I had his own yesterday at
Children Clinic and they were unfriendly.

They demanded for some of their past medical
history reports and my friend along with his wife
have been to their formal clinic to get some of
the reports to be submitted tomorrow to the Children
Clinic official.

Comparatively,Q-Life has been recommended by people
as being a friendly e-medical centre.Q-LIfe is off duty
now till 19th Nov.2014,do call to confirm please.

Go ahead and enjoy your medical examination Cocodio.
