I am FSW2014. submitted exactly on the 1st of May, got my PER on the 17th of June 2014 and MR on the 4th of November under the NOC code 2113. I guess the CAP 2113 is not among the hot ones plus it wasn't capped in FSW2013...

Please how do i get in touch with CIC, i submitted my application which was signed for by Mike on the 9th of June and up till now i dont have a Yes or No from CIC?

No. I had seen the notification in my WES account that my transcript was been verified. So I called my contact in my School, he confirmed same and promised they will reply their email correspondence. Afterwards, the notification changed from "verification" to "complete".
