FSW 2014 applicants from Nigeria - Let's network

Good morning fellows. Hope we all had a good weekend.

Just to cnfirm...when spouse is completing the "Additional Family Information Form" (IMM5406) the spouse writes name in Applicant field and the principal applicant's name is in "spouse or common law partner field", is this correct ? because the form is just one...Is there a need to to write on form e.g. principal applicant's spouse.
For the spouse case,he/she will write his/her names as principal applicant as he/she will be signing the form
Secondly, when completing job durations...if one is still in an employment, what date do I put if I'm still in the emolyment (e.g. 05/05/2011 to Date)...someone suggested putting current date for the end date...another suggestion is to put 00/00/0000 for the end date. Which is advisaable?
Write to the date the application will be sent e.g 05/05/2011 to 03/11/2014

No need, principal applicant fills one copy of the form as applicant then spouse another copy of the same form as applicant
