The new EE is suppose to be under 6 months, once you have your IELTS and ECA you can create your profile in myCIC and you are in the pool.for the draw. For EE you can reside in any provinces

I received pick up mail on monday 1st June and went to DHL same day to make payment. I called DHL customer care on tuesday evening and they told me my package had been picked up. They also gave me the tracking number. I received the package at 10am on Thursday 4th of June.

oh thats great to know that your went smoothly, Guess it was all a situation of logistic issues.
anyway, i will make my decisions at when due..

Quick question, Do we pay to deliver the passport to AVO and then pay again to have it picked up? Or does the fee we pay to send it cover the pickup as well?
