Please I need suggestion on how to verify my degree fast and cheap.UNN is asking for 3840+ courier fees to verify my degree despite charging 35k for the transcript. Can they use email to do that? Thanks

If my memory serves me right, I didn't pay for degree verification as it was done via email, though it may depend on the institution. However, if they are charging only 3,840 NRN and not USD or CAD (lol), it might be worth paying it.

yes by all means send the two.WES will give you 3 years plus 1 year post graduate equivalent.

I disagree with you on that. World education service does not evaluate ordinary or higher diploma. I think some other approved organisations do it. Again, no one will give a postgraduate equivalent to a higher diploma. Please be careful not to mislead people on this forum. The blame comes back to you. I've been following this forum for a while now and you all are really doing a great job.
WES actually evaluates HND and ND if the school is recognized by them. I evaluated my HND and ND using WES and it's equivalent to 3yrs diploma and 1yr postgraduate diploma.

,Please I just realised that I checked "NO" if u had a previous name for my wife's section in our generic form,that means I didn't include her maiden name,and some of her docs still has her maiden name like her school cert,birth cert etc

Should I correct the form and send it to CIC?

Ok Then. The person can apply hoping that CIC will equate ND+HND with one year canadian Postgraduate 23 points. Please help this forum by pasting a typical WES assessment of such so that we can benefit from that. You can replace the candidate's name with XXXXX

I believe they want to rip u off. Except they are charging for their internet data, it is supposed to be free. This is because they are supposed to just send an e-mail to verify it. But u might not have a choice because of time. It might help if you know someone in the transcript office.
Come to think of it, no courier company will collect anything less than 9,000 naira to courier to Canada. Try this ask the person who wants to collect the money for the tracking number and receipt, I am sure he will only give you excuses.
Once again, be careful, u don't have time.

I have a close pal who send nod and hand and that's d evaluation he got from WES. Why do you think I will want to mislead
