Yes, that's the correct way. I placed mine in a mini envelope but didn't use a paper clip. I just placed everything carefully into the main application envelope and I got my PER. That's all :)

Guys,
on the main FSW 2014 thread, a valuable member (forum name - ToCanadawithLove - unfortunately he got his file returned) has posted "Reason of Returns Letter" written by CIC to him. he has uploaded the whole letter.

This is the checklist which CIC use to verify whether our applications are complete or not (when they receive our applications at CIO -NOVA SCOTIA)

so i request to you (everyone) who is going to apply, please read this document carefully and make sure you do not make any mistake which is listed.

thanks for sharing...

Thanks for the clarification

Does anyone have any idea whether CIC has started with June applications.

Review of forum members posts on other threads revealed that CIO is working on May 28th to 30th received applications at this time. The deduction was arrived from the CCs currently being charged.

Hi all. I'm applying under NOC 0113 purchasing manager category. I want to try my best to send in my application next week but I need clarification on few things.
1. My work experience: contracts administrator trainee, contracts specialist and contract manager - all meets the noc requirement with three and half years in total. Am I suppose to list the different positions in work experience section or make it as one?
2. The box to fill in name of institution attended is not that spacious but I managed to write all letters boldly (2 lines in a box space). is this ok?
3. I'm in the process of changing my signature. I've successfully changed all except for my international passport. Should I sign with old or new signature?

I hope this is not too much. will appreciate your response.

3. I'm in the process of changing my signature. I've successfully changed all except for my international passport. Should I sign with old or new signature? Use the signature in your current, valid passport throughout the application. When you get your PR visa, you can use shokoloban-go-shey as signature if you want sef

I hope this is not too much. will appreciate your response.

Hi, see above. Cheers

Thanks a bunch.
