1st application of May 8th rejected due to employment reference not containing job responsibilities. Prepare job responsibilities to include up to 70% of NOC core duties. Got HR to include in new letter and resent.

Guys, going by an average of 3k applications per month, and discounting Oct/Nov/Dec applications in the latest CIC update, don't you think that December application might be in jeopardy with regards to the overall cap of 25k. No one seems to be talking about that.

Will a 31st Dec file fall under the 25k cap?

Never say never dear. Perseverance is d key. As far as your NOC is not capped. You still stand a chance. If all your docs re ready, pls send today. You HV nothing to loose after all.
