What is the meaning of PER, and at what stage are u expected to receive it?
I submitted my application in July 2014 and received a mail from CIO in Oct 2014 that my applicantion has been forwarded to accra, pls do you know how long it will take accra to respond?

If this is your primary NOC and you are interested in sending in your application
before 31st Dec.2014,please go for alternative NOCs.

PER = Positive Eligibility Review and that is the very mail you got from CIO informing you of your file sent to Accra.

Hi, see my responses above. You need to have lots of patience as Accra takes their sweet time to attend to applicants but never worry, what goes up must surely come down. Welcome on board :)

I assume you used CC as payment option. If you submitted on September 18th, your application may have been received by CIO within 4 to 8 days later. By this date I believe you are still in the race, you just have to continue sipping glasses of patience daily. As long as you submitted a complete application in terms of required documentation, there is no cause for alarm yet.

Pheewwww, I think I still prefer the keypad to the pen though.
