FSW 2014 applicants from Nigeria - Let's network

Dear all, can anybody let me know if AVO often put a call to your HR to verify your job specification on your reference letter?. My HR has left the company and her phone she dropped cannot be found. Pls advice me on what to do in case AVO needs to make that enquiry.

Congratulations Cocodio. Testimonies abound this week. Quick one: A friend requires clarification as to whether one's first degree/academic qualification must have direct correlation with job function/work experience. He needs to verify before he goes ahead with his form submission. Feedback appreciated.

They call sometimes, and sometimes they don't.

There must not be direct correlation between degree and job function. What you actually need (as stated by CIC) is work experience in a listed NOC.
My case is a live example ... trust me, my degree is very very far from my work experience! :P

Not necessarily. What matters is his work experience. If you have a B.Sc/M.Sc in Microbiology and you have been working as a Computer Network Technician for over a year, then you qualify for NOC 2281 (Computer Network Technician).

Is Resident Control Officer not under Internal Control Unit for internal auditors? That's under 1111.
