Thanks Pipis Husband. I just got married tho in January and i saw on their website that it takes 17months to process spouse visa. I and my wife will remain in the US for sometime before relocating so thats why i didnt bother that much. I know i'll have to have more funds but what i want to clarify is if i must be in canada to file for her. After i get the visa, cant i do it from the US? Thanks

Brother, please notify AVO NOW NOW, I can recollect seeing it many times that you must inform them of marriage, divorce, death, birth and the likes immediately. January till Mar is long enough a delay and you should not wait till you land till you notify them except if you will present a marriage certificate showing a later date other than January and probably after landing. As suggested, it's better processed from outside than when you are within. If you have a lawyer/representative, you can route th request through them. May God give you the wisdom to pull through

With great humility and a joyful heart i humbly announce the arrival of my PPR at around 3:45pm this afternoon from my agent and shortly followed by COA mail.

A very big thank you to KSA and PIPIS for the support and to every other members of this group not forgetting the whatsapp group too am so grateful to you all.

No pof and pcc but schedule A form and updated family form with 2 passport photos for every member of my family.

My case is a case of absolute patience and this is admonishing all waiting for one form of update or the other to please have many many faith and never loose hope on God, He does His things in His own time.

hi guys
good morning,like its being said over and over,this race requires patience...

but while we are waiting we can also order GCMS,not that it will spend up anything but it will give us an idea of the status of our file especially the officer's note...i requested mine and it was received some weeks back...well everything is fine so far,but an error on my daughter's name name prompted me to send an email,first the auto response then the review officer response thanking me for bringing up the error to their notice and that medical forms would be sent to me shortly...you dont want to know how that last line made me feel....

lets keep praying and praising it will end in awesome praise
