Hello guys, i have not been worried b4 but as i started seeing some that did their medicals in September having PR, i have been getting worried. my wife and i did our medicals in September and that of our son in December, Please house kindly advice, should I be worried or are we still on track? the waiting is not easy. Thanks.

Hi ozone, no need to be worried as we have people who did MR in July and August also waiting. After initial file review, it is no longer first come first served but case by case decisioning and also individual review officers' workload. Relax, your turn will come :)

Hello House,

How long after one gets a pick up mail will ones passport be ready for pick up? I got a pick up mail on Tuesday, got my courier to pick up the passport on wednesday but some additional information was requested.Courier went back on thursday,was told to come back today.Went today again and was told to come back on Monday.
Is this the normal trend?

An urgent reply will be greatly appreciated.

There is no need to worry like. As rightly said by Pipi Husband, it is a case by case. It will surely end in praises.

Btw, we had our medicals in August and patiently awaiting our ppr email.

Just enjoy the season and use it to plan for the next phase.

Can u please explain further? What's is supposed to be used for? Is the name not already on d international passport with them? Were u supposed to fill a form with that exact name sequence ?

Hi, your situation is not clear. What additional information exactly were you asked to provide and by whom? Was it AVO that asked you for info or the courier company? Did your print the pick up mail and give to your courier company? Let's have more details to assist you, cheers.

I organised the pick up from the UK and i was sent a form to fill by my courier.There was no space to include the UCI number in the form,just my name and fedex account number.

I guess the Canadian High Commission usually request for UCI numbers from couriers( this is just an assumption), hence the reason why the courier was sent back the first time.However,i dont seem to have explanations for 'come back tomorrow' afterwards.

What was the reason for the recurring visits? Maybe they are not ready to deliver to the courier company or they had too many people on the queue and requested that the courier person comes back. If you have supplied the additional information to your courier, no worries then. You will get your passports endorsed with the visa.
