A newly completed Additional Family Information form (IMM5406) bearing original signatures for you and your spouse
Valid passport or travel document Photocopy of passport for you and spouse – includes bio-page and all pages showing visas issued and entries into countries
Pay the Right of Permanent Residence fee for you and your spouse. For more information
Provide an original police clearance certificate for you and your spouse.
