Dear All,

I think AVO really has to wake up now. My medical results have been received from July 2015 but am yet to get any further update from that time...is it advisable to mail them or I should just chill?

Medicals were conducted on the 11th of August after the request was sent to my inbox on the 28th of July.
Well it is good news, but the waiting game has taken over the excitement.

Hi Heropop, what I will advise you and all others is that as soon as you resign from your job in Nigeria, go to your PFA and apply for your 25%. Gather all the requirements and submit to them to start the processing. You may not get he money before you leave Nigeria but it will be disbursed into your account when ready which you can access via ATM from Canada anytime you want. That is what my Pipi did, she was leisurely using her money to shop here, no stress. I left my own jeje in Nigeria, it`s a good amount and I intend to continue contributing to the account when I return to Nigeria in donkey years :)

The weather is changing, cold is coming with showers every other day now. We have flurries predicted in the weather report so those coming from now on, get a few warm gear just to help once you land and then shop the next day for real cold clothing here. You will need it ;)

am happy to be back. I have been away for a while. I have been reading all the updates i have missed and I am happy for all the positive updates.
i am happy to inform the whole house that we landed on sept 8th but back in nigeria to do proper packing, it was a wonderful experience. The immigration officers were so professional and nice to us especially the baby.

One thing i learnt on this short trip is to go with a positive mind and ensure you move with positive minded people. There will be severall advises coming up that life is tough in canada but dont make the mistake of taking to that. There are opportunities in canada. We all need to key in that is all.
i pray that all of us in this journey will make it to the end and we will all rejoice.
