To read your GCMS notes i can assume, my file (& Most of pending 2013 files) also in the same situation. So raising GCMS notes also waste of time & money.

Just 1 query, you said "paper file moving from one VO to another" means what? where is your file now?

My file is still in SGVO. What I meant by paper file moving is, my actual "paper file" is moving from one desk to another in SGVO, just like our govt offices. There is a mention about that. Just after a couple of weeks after I got my second line updated, the actual paper file was moved to their regester facility, after that it was brought out again by one visa officer, then it is send to some other visa officer, and now its with the same VO who reviewed my Eligibility. Heh heh....

Representatives of CIC visited my ex-employer here in Bangladesh last week. My 2nd line was updated on the 30 October, 2014 and anxious and endless waiting..... average processing time changed from 28 to 42... was very disappointed. But the recent and surprising visit made me bit hopeful thought you might find a reason to be hopeful too.
How long does it usually take to get MR after successful job verification? Any idea from any of you?!!!

CHC visited my previous employer because I claimed point for work experience (related to my occupation) in that organization. The gentleman called me sharp at 9 am and asked whether I am in that organization. I replied that I changed job and updated CIC accordingly. Then he asked me whether I know the HR manager of my ex-employer. He requested me to send a SMS with HR-Manager's contacts and I did it.
Later on I heard from the HR manager that they asked him to verify (with sign and seal) my reference letter and to fill a form, they stayed about 20 minutes and took a picture of HR manager and left, that's it.

Wow, a very co-operative HR Manager. But why did they ask him to verify your ref letter? Was it really he who gave you the ref letter originally?

Yes sometimes they can verify the signature and chop of the ref letter with working tenure. Like a personal loan from bank verified by third party.
