URGENT!!! I recently sent my RPRF and PCC package to SGVO using Fedex. The package is delivered per Fedex tracking page. However, there is no signature nor recipient name on the status as usual but just a text read "Signature release on file". Does anybody have the same status of your package ?

Don't worry, they have received your package and you will receive Passport Request mail within a short period (20-30 days).......

Would appreciate if someone could share the different tracking status of documents +passport sent through VFS Dhaka.

My one so far is showing the below status:

Visa application, tracking ID No. XXXX Your Visa Application has been forwarded to the Canada Visa Office, Singapore on XXXX. To know more, please call VAC helpline number or visit VAC website.

What are the next updates?

Did you cross the border ( i mean USA or other nearest country) to re-entry Canada/completing landing formalities? If the answer is No then would you please tell me the procedure !!

Thanks Jashim, i was going to answer your inbox queries, however, here it ...

i called the call center and they said i have both options.... to do the landing from within canada (withouth leaving the country) or go out of canada and re-entry(i.e. from usa or any other country)...

i wanted to do the 'within canada' option and asked for appointment through call center (this is the procedure) and then yesterday they gave me a date after 3 weeks .. but as my family coming from bangladesh on Dec 24th (they already booked the ticket and they can't land before I do), therefore, to do my own landing i had to choose the other option which is to go any third country and re-enter by land/air...

so, i drove to usa today morning (i have visa to enter usa. you need a visa of usa to do that. )... and re-entered to canada next minute ....

the entire immigration was empty, i was the only guy 'landing' so, it took only 10 minutes to do the formalities... drove back to toronto myself in two hours...

so, you will have both the options .... if you want to use the option of 'without leaving' canada, you can do that by calling to call center and ask for an appointment .. they would give you an address of nearest office within your city (there are few in toronto) ... you will go there and its easiest...

please feel free to ask any questions if you have...

In VFS:
Visa application, tracking ID No.XXXXXX has been received by the Canada Visa Office, Singapore on XXXXX and its under process.

Then in ECAS:
Decision Made and some thing related to this...

Then Again in VFS:
Visa application, tracking ID No.XXXXXX has been dispatched from SGVO....

Then you should receive a mail from VFS for collecting your Visa...

I guess that how it works....

Anyone received confirmation mail or call for CIIP session? I applied yesterday they sent an email today and informed me about available sessions. There was no session listed for Dhaka. But i communicated with them before registration. At that time they informed me about Dhaka session. Please let me know if anyone receive confirmation for Dhaka session.

thanks ! the immigration was too short for me, well, i have been living in canada for last one and half years... and the immigration office was methodical... no smile at all... asked few normal questions... where would i say, what kinda job would i do .. bla bla.. and then in few minutes, she finished giving inputs in her computer....

i presume the landing through airport might not be as easier, as i did 'land' through land-border from usa,
