how long does it take to get passports back after sending ?

if 3rd line appears i.e. we received your medical records on XX.XX.XXXX what to be understood?

My medical is done finally 0n 28th Oct. But additional docs are not sent yet, will the update my ECAS 3rd Line?

For the first ques:--As an avg of last few months, it takes 1-2.5 months to get the PP back.....

And for the last one, please check the below analysis:

After receiving Medical results by Regional Medical, they enter into GCMS 4.0 system, after that Otawa, Canada Check the medical results if they don't satisfy they email to applicant for further test, if they satisfy and approve the results they generate the following line of ECAS.

It means that your medical results approved and seconded by Ottawa, Canada, and you are 90% approved at this stage and your Passport request is on the way.

Final Approval from VO

The last stage of the application is the issuance of the Permanent Resident Visa.

I would like to let you know that I have just Received the Second line in my ECAS..

Saying We start you processing on 31 of OCt, 2014.

My file was received in CIO on 12th of June, 2013.

Hope everyone in this forum will get the good news inshallah and on the way to Canada May Allah will make it easy for all the brothers and sisters inshallah.

I would like to give special thaks to Ashif bhai for keeping us alive with all the lively information and Knowledge.

Brother,

I dont have any idea for the rest of that %.....

And, yes they update the ECAS based on the medical result....That means, it is updated even the additional docs have not been sent....I have seen such SGVO case on last month....

He have not sent his Sch-A form and RPRF....But his ECAS got updated after three days of his Medical (Dr. Wahab)..

Ya I was waiting too patiently ... I believe I could've got the Update earlier but due to some 'dhilamy' from my agent's side, my file reached SGVO bit late, consequently processing started later than expected ... nonetheless, let's see what happens next.

Yup, I did the update on the sheet straightaway ..... and rather happily to say the least.
