Even one of the slowest and annoying Visa office -LONDON has started to send lots of news ......
Total 16 applicant has got the good news (ECAS second line/ MR/ PPR) in a single day......

I really wish, if the world slowest Visa office can start to send such news on a single day, then SINGAPORE also can do that...
Just waiting to see that day for last 14 months.........

I didn't know that LVO is slower than SGVO. I thought there is no other VO is as slow as SGVO.

I also believe that SINGAPORE can do that...However don't know whether SGVO believe it or not :-[
May almighty ALLAH give them some sense & make their mind to do something like their neighboring Visa office (like NDVO,.....) are doing with the same group of applicant.

This is what they reply:
Dear Sir / Madam,
Thank you for your enquiry to the Immigration Section of the High Commission of Canada in Singapore.
Your application is currently in a queue awaiting final review.
Files in the Federal Skilled Worker category are processed in order of receipt, based on the date on which the complete application and fee payment were received in our office. Once the file has been reviewed, we will contact the applicant directly to advise the result of the final review and/or any next steps in the processing of the application. If your address or contact information changes during processing, you must inform this office in writing.
Processing times to finalization may vary depending on the number of new applications received, annual quota and the individual complexity of each application.
For the processing times of permanent resident applications in Singapore, please refer to the CIC website at:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/index.asp
Please note that processing times are calculated from the date the application is received by the Singapore visa office.

Your application is currently in a queue awaiting final review.

What I can guess, SGVO attempted to clear atleast few files from Mid march to April of FSW13 applicants....
On that time they completed the initial review of most of the FSW13 files....They requested additional documents to several applicants too..
But later, they changed their mind/decision and proceeded with backlogs....
And now they are processing the application of most older files on their VO....
Now matter is to see, what they gonna do on upcoming months....
Hope is always alive....
(All is my observation.imagination)...
