I have seen many post recently where people connect from the same Occupation code and etc and i though of creating this thread for people who had their application returned due to some x y z reason. So this will help people who are going to apply and help people in this situation to get answers to what next.

I hope no one end up here, unless quota is filled - tough luck.

1. starting this thread would have been too early if it was started before 4thmay.

2. People in this situation would need quick response , rather than wasting time searching the whole web. I can see from where you are everything seems green(easy) for you.

Hi im just waiting for my application package to be delivered at home. Actually its my husbands application that was returned under noc 2174. It was returned on sept. 24th.

my app was returned because of credit card payment declined. i am under noc 2145 which is still open so planning to reapply but my ielts expired in december 2013. do i need to retake ielts now?

Yes, if your IELTs is older than 2 years, then you need a new IELTs.

i re did my ielts and got the required band (overall 8.0)
i applied in sep 2013, got returned app back in jan 2014
i intend to attach a new ielts, proof of funds, fee form (dd instead off cc this time) and pcc alongwith all other old documents and forms i got

would that be alright?
do i need to fill all forms again?

yes fill all form again
it wil be treated as new application, do not mention your UCI and refused visa details column
check the version of all forms

Thanks for the quick reply. I am a little confused as to why i should not mention my UCI number. My application was returned only because of cc not being charged which suggests all the other info was correct. I thought i could send all the old documents and forms while updating the above mentioned documents

I suggest you should mention it because the CIO can track your old application with the UCI number. It is better to mention all the details.
