FSW 2013 application feedback

My FSW 2013 application was received on date 27th May. I'm still not sure if my application is within the cap. So far I didn't receive any mail or email from CIC. Is it normal?

Approximate how many months after usually applicants are contacted (rejection/further proceed whatever).

Applicants that have had their files received by 9th May have started getting their CC charged. Even they haven't received any email confirmation. 6 weeks from filing is when you should see some progress. Please follow this thread

Generally it sill take @ 45 to 60 days
btw what is your NOC?

Need Help
I have applied as FSW with AEO and complete documents received on 8th April,2013 at CIO. But on 8th June i received DD from receiver general for Canada refunding my application fee. i didn't receive any letter and they didn't send my documents back.Can anyone explain this? What should i do now?
