Hi
I sent my question before but I think I didn't clear what I want, sorry :)
So I will ask it again in different way. I want to calculate my point to send my documents and I need help. I wil send my document under NOC 2131

First:
I have obtained the B.Sc. in Civil engineering, and I have diploma and master in IT, and now I registered in PhD in civil engineering.
QUESTION ONE: How much point can I achieve for education?
23 points for IT master degree or 22 points for bachelor degree

Second
I worked in my start life as civil engineer for 9 months
after that I worked as "Quality Control" - IT, for 3 years
and finally I worked as civil engineer more than 4 years and 6 months

QUESTION TWO: How much point can I achieve for experience?
15 points for (6 or more years; IT + civil) or 13 points for (4-5 years that calculate depend only on my experience in NOC 2131 only)

Thanks so much

Hi
AS your are planning to apply in NOC 2131 you need to show educaitons for the same only
thus you may get 22 points in education for two or more post secondart degree

about exp points you can claim 15points no issue

Work experience
If your application is eligible to be processed, we will then assess it to see if your work experience is valid.
Your work experience must be:
•for at least one year in the same occupation,
•continuous and paid (full-time or an equal amount in part-time),
•within the last 10 years,
AND
•skill type 0 (managerial occupations) or
•skill level A (professional occupations) or
•skill level B (technical occupations and skilled trades)

Hi Vats,

Thank you so much for sharing information with us.
I also wanna apply NOC 2131 but I only can have a completed application with all the required documents on 4th October. I know that means too late and successful percentage is almost zero but I still want to have your advice if I should send the application on 4th October? :'(
In case the cap is reached, the application will be returned but is it going to affect my application for next year if I decide to resubmit?
Thanks again!

Dear tlc,

If you have finished ECA and IELTS submit your application, do you have agent or doing with your own?
there will no adverse effect afterward to resubmit in next future with returned application this time.

Best of luck

Thank you for your reply.
I've done ECA but my problem is I was not ready to take IELTS exam sooner. I only can take IELTS exam on 21st Sept and get the certificate on 4th October. I've also finished other required documents as PCC from 2 countries, adaptability proofs, fund proof, LOR, ect... My case is as follow:
- I am the principal applicant, male, 30 years old -> 12 points
- I have Bachelor and Master degree in construction engineering ->23 points
- My spouse will take IELTS in the same date with me to claim 5 points.
- My relative is residing in Canada ->5 points
- Working experience: 1 full-time year in NOC 2131 -> 9 points
- IELTS ~ 6.0- 6.5 -> 16 points ( If no individual band score under 6.0)
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
Total: 70 points.
At the beginning I intended to use a representative but now there isn't enough time for the lawyer to check my application. Therefore, I decide to apply by myself on the date I get the IELTS certificate. I'll use the courier and it takes 5 days to arrive CIO. I read one of your posts in which you think cap will be reached in the last week of Sept or first week of Oct. I wonder if I should try my luck? :(
Many thanks,
