I am collecting my documents and just have some questions before I submit them.

1. What are my chances of entering NOC 1111 cap now ?
2. I live in UAE and am an Indian National. Should I send my application directly to the UAE CIC or the centralized intake office ?

1. chances are good, that NOC is not very hot... apply at the earliest though!!
2. you have to send it to CIC in Canada, Nova Scotia. You'll find the address and format in the CIC guide!! Search Guide 7000 CIC on google and read the complete guide, most of your Qs will be answered!! good luck!!
