i am principal applicant for FSW immigrant application and my husband is dependant, but my hubby had applied for vistor visa when he had not married me and he put the name of his ex financee as the wife [since he thought that they will marry} in his application, but unforuntaely they didn't marry and he now married me , though the visa was denied. now in my application, i didn't put her name as my husband former spouse since there is no llegal document to back up the claim

my question is will this affect my application

thanks

"...in his application, but unforuntaely they didn't marry and he now married me.."
:P

you should have written fortunately!! :P

now this case actually seems complicated, your application may be rejected on basis of miss-representation, it was surely mis representation on behalf of your husband earlier in his application as he was not yet married to her but he had put her name as wife!!

Though I am not familiar with application formalities for Visitor's Visa, there are all the probabilities they put all the information in a central database even for rejected applications, so this mis match can surely prop up and create problem!!

Not too sure what you can do in such a case!! Only escape out for you is if they actually don't have that previous record and you guys apply normally and sail through!! Good luck!!

happy 16, thanks
i have already recieve my PER and application sent to VO, will the VO request a re-confirmation from me because of the mis-representation in my husband marital status
