I am a bit worried as we have not been able to send in our FST application yet (waiting on LMIA) and how this will affect the 31 December cut-off.
If it is sent and we get a courier delivery receipt before 31 December does that count? Or do you actually have to have a receipt notification from CIC before 31 December?
We are worried obviously because even if we get it sent in as soon as we can before 31 December if they don't open/receipt it until after 31 December is that the date they will consider it as received? Therefore the FST program is no longer operating as express entry will replace it and we'll get it sent back as rejected.
