From Working Holiday Visa to Permanent Residency HELP

Hi There

I need your help I have a question, wish someone can help me.

I found this info in the internet about BC - 'Entry Level and Semi-Skilled Category
This category is for individuals currently living and working in B.C. in an eligible occupation within the tourism/hospitality - Minimum Requirements for Applicants In order to be eligible under the Entry Level and Semi-Skilled Category, applicants must: Be currently employed in a full-time position, having been in that position for at least nine consecutive months before applying.'

<My work holiday visa it will be 12 months in the Hospitality, according to the list of Eligible Occupations and all this info after 12 months I can apply for permanent residency in BC?
