Simple question

Does anyone know if I could apply for Working Holiday Visa from within Canada (while on visit)?

This is my story: I made up my mind too late, and my country permits run already out this year. Still I can't wait to come so I'm wondering: can I leave on November or December 2013, stay in Canada for a while (Christmas and New Year's included!), and THEN apply for WHV in January, when 2014 WHVs will be available?

Or have I to leave Canada to apply? (If that's the case: can I come back immediately after received response?)

1. Yes you can, but when you submit your IEC application from Canada, you MUST use your country of citizenship as your residence when you apply. (You don't have to be there, but have to use it)
