From TW to PR ?

I just start my job in B.C, I got the Temporary work visa ( 2 years) and 2 years contrast with Canadian Company. I am also planning to invite to my wife and son to Canada soon. Just wondering how to apply PR ? and what are requirements? (ex: IETLS, 1-year working experience, etc). Thanks in advance for your answers
