from supervisa to PR for parents, sponsorship, H&C or both?

Hi
My parents are 81 and 91 years old and have been in Canada on supervise since 2016. I want to apply for their permanent residency, but I heard they won't be approved if we apply for H&C because of their old age. Does anybody know which category would fit them better, sponsorship, H&C or both together? assuming that I meet the requirements for sponsorship.

The PGP program exists for this exact purpose. There are never any guarantees that they will be approved for any program in Canada. You will have to try and extend their supervisa status if they have been in Canada since 2016.
